I ordered and paid for some Dynaudio Focus 160 WHG via a bank transfer around June 20, 2016. Speakers didn't arrive until nearly a month later, but they arrived safely packaged and in perfect condition so I am happy. The reason for the long wait is this: Since Switzerland is not a EU member country and Germany is, FischerHIFI bring packages bound for the EU to Germany and ship them from there to avoid EU taxes and tariffs for the receiver. Naturally this means the store has to wait until they have enough packages to make the trip worthwhile. With some patience on your part however you will receive your order. I had good and friendly communication via e-mail with Alex/FischerHIFI all the way, but I feel I must mention it was frustrating I was promised several times in the waiting period that the speakers would be sent, which it then turned out they wouldn't anyway. Also when the package with my order were finally sent, Mr. Fischer/FischerHIFI forgot to mail me the tracking number for the package before he went on vacation. Having said the above, I know that things do not always go as planned here in life, so it's ok. I would have no problems buying from FischerHIFI some other time if need be.

finally I recieved dynaudio contour s1.4 LE after 3 weeks in perfect condition. I left 2 negatives feedback,because I thought I lost my money ,paid on june 29,recieved speaker on july 22 Just imagine passed 2 weeks and there were no response,only on monday july 18 Erwin wrotte ,speakers were shipped from Germany(shipping price was 40eur,they charged me 143euros,that ok I understand he had to drive with car to Germany) .On July 19 recieved tracking number. So if you have patient wait several weeks,buy with confidence
