This is the legendary vintage dual triode preamp valve Made in Ulm, West Germany.
Yes, it has the diamond stamp on the glass bottom, and the code is U5008201a.
Note that the designation ECC803S was used by TELEFUNKEN for a special quality, rugged, low noise, high reliability, long life version of the ECC83 / 12AX7 tube, featuring a frame grid construction. The Telefunken ECC803S are not just a normal ECC83 with cosmetic differentiator like golden pins, as they have a completely different plate structure compared to the normal Telefunken ECC83 / 12AX7 tubes. In fact they are like the Telefunken 6922 E88CC plates, feat. dual stage getters, and with two support rods to the ring getter.
