Audio Note UK Level 5 36-Step Volume Control / Stepped Attenuator
This is a very high-quality Audio Note UK volume control, suitable for serious Audio Note builds, upgrades or replacement projects. The Level 5 stepped attenuator is fitted with Audio Note UK Tantalum resistors, using 2W AN(UK) load resistor(s) and individual 1/2W AN(UK) resistors for each volume step.
Unlike a standard potentiometer, a stepped attenuator uses carefully selected resistors for each position, offering precise and repeatable volume adjustment, excellent channel matching and a more transparent signal path.
