Audio Research REF 610T reference tube monoblock with enough current and power to drive virtually any speaker construction on the market. The REF 610T is a balanced construction with only XLR inputs, the output power is a massive 600 watts, based on a push-pull fully balanced circuit with 8 sets of matched 6550 output tubes. Display in front indicates output power, adjustment of correct bias, mains voltage and tube hours.
Sound signature is on the neutral side that ARC is known for with transparency, timbre and richness of detail. The REF 610T also has raw bass performance and dynamics with its 600 powerful tube watts. Here you get an abundance of power that gives superb head-room and a magnificent sound image.
The latest edition REF 750 SE is a facelift with KT 150 tube which gives a small increase in watts, but otherwise similarly constructed with the same sound signature, has been named product of the year 2019 in The Absolute Sound
