Reason for selling:
I recently moved to active monitors and now only need a preamp. If that weren’t the case, this amplifier would not be for sale.
This is the factory analogue only configuration of the K-300i, no internal DAC or HDMI board. I deliberately chose this version because I prefer using a dedicated external DAC and keeping the amplifier purely analogue inside.
There is something reassuring about an amplifier that does one thing only, amplify. No digital activity inside the chassis, no additional circuitry in the signal path. Just current delivery, control and musical flow.
iBias & XD Architecture.
The K-300i combines Krell’s XD output stage with iBias dynamic biasing. In practice, this means:
The tonal density and liquidity of Class A
Massive current capability and grip
Lower idle heat than traditional Class A designs
150 W into 8Ω / 300 W into 4Ω
It drives difficult loads with complete composure. Bass is deep and controlled, never loose. The midrange has real body and presence. It is powerful, yet refined.
Condition:
Purchased new in 2022 from an official Dutch Krell dealer.
First owner.
Mint condition.
Complete with original box, heavy metal remote, and documentation.

Pickup in Leiden (NL) preferred, you are welcome to see and hear it working.
