Description
The LFD DAC V SE was released around 2015 as the highly anticipated successor to the "legendary" LFD DAC III. Its development was a long-term project for designer Dr. Richard Bews, who spent approximately 17 to 20 years attempting to match or exceed the performance of the original DAC III. The results exceeded expectations. Hence the reason this DAC is rarely sold on.
Also possible to buy with Synergistic Research Master fuse 6.3A which increases performance further.
This can be added for an extra 450€ total 2400€
The Iso Acoustic feet are not included.
Based on the Burr Brown 1798 DAC and CS 8416 Input Receiver chips, it can support up to 24-bit/192kHz PCM audio via SPDIF.

BNC and AES/EBU (Balanced XLR)
Outputs:
A pair of single ended RCA analogue outputs.
Computer audio:
If computer audio via USB is used, then a USB to SPDIF converter will be required. USB needs to be asynchronous.
