The MB6-B is Scansonic's flagship model, designed and manufactured in Denmark by the Raidho team.
Not to be confused with the MB5 or MB6 models: the "B" in the name refers to the second generation of the MB6, featuring redesigned crossovers, a rebuilt cabinet construction optimized for best results with minimal damping material, and improved mid-woofers with a new spider allowing better dynamics and an optimized low-frequency response.
These are true high-end loudspeakers — fast transients, excellent slam thanks to the small driver diameter, and exquisite highs delivered by the planar tweeter with a 20μm thick membrane weighing just 0.03g.
