Description
I am selling a Sorane SA-1.2B tonearm, in boxed, mint condition.
This arm has seen only very light use as a secondary arm on my Garrard 301 system and has therefore remained largely unused.
The tonearm is complete and includes all original accessories, including the original Sorane headshell, standard base, extra counterweight, and tonearm cable (of excellent quality!).
The sale includes:
Sorane SA-1.2 black tonearm (RRP: €2,250)
Sorane SME-type sliding base, black (RRP: €500)
Additional brand new Yamamoto Sound Craft HS-7 wooden headshell (RRP: €145)
The HS-7 is particularly well suited for cartridges with medium compliance and is recommended for use with the SA-1.2 arm by Mockingbird Distribution.
The SA-1.2 tonearm has received a strong recommendation from Art Dudley (Stereophile) and has been listed as a Stereophile Recommended Component (Class A).

On request, and at extra cost, an as good as new, excellent matching Hana ML Moving Coil stereo cartridge (max. 50 hours) is available.
