Description
BlackNoise 1000 V2 mains filter in excellent condition from specialist "Systems and Magic".
Elegant Italian minimalist design with two outlets in a very sturdy 4 mm thick aluminum anti-resonance enclosure.
The 1000 V2 is most suitable for heavier components such as power amplifiers.

"The 1000 has very similar performance to the 500 model, with the advantage of guaranteeing up to about 1000W of maximum absorption.
The 500 is slightly more specialized, making it more suitable for equipment with high current consumption (e.g. integrated or final) than for sources or preamplifiers.
Another excellent field of use for the 1000 (as for its older brother 2500) is on the power supply of electrostatic speakers.
Like the 500, the 2500, or the MiniBlack, the 1000 can be used as the only filter of an audio/video system by possibly connecting a multi-socket distributor to one of the outputs (see Four, Six, Eight - Derive!).
But always keep in mind that the best results (even more so if you need so many Watts) are obtained with several separate filters, each specialized for a particular audio electronics."
