TAD Technical Audio Devices Laboratories TD-2001 + JMF-Audio HDH-2001 horns

One pair of TAD TD-2001 in perfect condition with original diaphragms, in original boxes.
I won't write much here, these are legendary, if you are looking at this ad you probably know. These have the original diaphragm and have never been messed with.

One pair of JMF-Audio 1" horns especially designed for these.
These are extremely rare and probably less than 5 pairs were made for the French Distributor of TAD around 2005-2006. I got these custom made directly by JMF audio in this dark color. They are made with extreme precision with 5 axis CNC out of birch plywood.

JMF-Audio makes exceptional equipment since the 80s, they have been praised in Japan for decades under the brand JDF-Audio and for making amplifier circuits for Shozo Kinoshita of TAD and Rey-Audio fame.

These are not only the best horns you will ever find for the TD-2001 1" compression drivers but the ONLY good horns ever made for those. The Fostex, 1" Altecs and whatever other option will come no-where near.

These drivers and horns belong together and I will not separate them.

The drivers have always been used and protected by a passive crossover designed by the French TAD professional distributor, they have always been used in a cozy audiophile set up at medium levels, a 100th of what they can handle. Pet free, smoke free environment. I used them for maybe 4-5 years and they have been in a dry clean cupboard since then.
They have a few marks in the mounting area from mounting on some composite JBL horns See photos #4 and #5, this is completely trivial and only cosmetic.
