Wilson Audio original woofers of the WATT/Puppy 5.
4 units (the picture shows 5 units, only 4 are for sale)
These are the original Dynaudio 21W54 drivers modified by Wilson Audio for the WATT/Puppy 5.
The foam surrounds have been replaced with original parts in December/2023 for all 4 drivers.
The original foam surrounds degraded and fell apart with time (20 years) due to reaction with sulphur in the air, this is considered a normal situation. That's why new surrounds were installed. These new surrounds will last 15-20 years typically.
The remaining parts of the driver units are untouched and original (only the surrounds were replaced with ACCURATE centering procedure).
The repair was done by an experienced technician.
The foam in the back of the drivers is missing due to reaction with air for 3 of the drivers (one is still there), but this has no known influence in sound, it's just cosmetic (and it's not seenable because it's inside the woofer box).
The drivers are working flawlessly after the installation of the new surrounds and the WATT/Puppy original sound was restored after the repair.
Selling because of upgrade to new models of Wilson Audio woofers costing 2.500 euros (from WATT/Puppy 8).
