Beschreibung
Audio Research CD8 CD player in excellent condition, almost new, both cosmetic and operation. The CD reader was checked and measured using the Pierre Verany CD test disk (not included in the sale!) and tracks perfectly. The supplied working tubes sound and measure as new for noise and distortion.
Still considered by many as one of the best sounding CD players ever made, the CD8 includes the same analogue circuit and tube power supply of the Reference 5 preamplifier, using a 6550 and five 6h30 tubes.
220V AC European unit.
Original manual and shipping box.
Buyer pays for insured shipping. Please note I will only ship using regular trusty shipping companies.
Private sale, no warranty or returns. Will not ship outside EC, no Paypal or credit cards.
Payment strictly by bank transfer or cash on collection.
