Only 15 pairs in the world were built by Jean Jacques van Leeuwen, the owner of Audio Sculpture.

„The monoblocks calls « ULTIMA » because I putted in all my 40 years of experience and they were the last tube amps i will ever do. The « ULTIMA » are ISE (impulse single ended) amps.
I am the only one in the world to make this.
How this works ?
Well i didn't want to use 10 or more tubes per channel to get power but get power only when you need in fortissimos so i marry a big pentode (813) in triode mode and one of the best triode emission tube (211) this one works till 17 watts and when cut off comes he merges with the 813 and together they developping 60 watts during the time of the peaks all in triode mode single ended and becomes together ONE tube !! All in class A (360°) . Problem with triode in class A mode we only can expect 38% of efficiency! I resolved this with this system. Dynamics and defenition are exceptional ! I call them ULTIMA because in tube amplifaction we can't go and do. better. Also this name to tell that this is my last will before my death"
