Beschreibung
I am offering for sale a tube line preamplifier with permalloy output transformers. This preamp use a parafeed transformer configuration. The preamplifier has been meticulously designed and manufactured. This preamplifier comes from some demonstrations. It's the first one. The power supply is truly state-of-the-art. The anode voltage is rectified using a high-quality Sylvania Gold Brand 5y3gt tube with black plates. This is followed by a CLC filter with high-quality components (polypropylene capacitors and a vintage inductor). After the first inductive stage, two circuits are added to further filter and stabilize the DC voltage. The signal circuit is designed around 5687/e182cc high quality double triodes. You can use both the tubes. The tube is biased with a lithium battery, while the anode load is made with a very high-quality anode inductor. The circuit follows with polypropylene capacitors and a parafeed output transformer manufactured by Cinemag with a very high-quality permalloy (nickel/mumetal) core. The gain stage is free of any type of feedback. To be clear, the design is similar to the Zanden 3000 MKII preamplifier, but with better quality. For example, this preamplifier uses very high-quality anode load inductors, unlike the Zanden, which uses an active load made with MOSFETs. The preamplifier's sonic qualities are exceptional: transparency, detail, three-dimensional soundstage reconstruction, and natural timbre are its hallmarks. A truly state-of-the-art device.
