Beschreibung
Kalibr L3-3 in latest edition is one of the best tube testers in the world.
This unit from 1986 came to me new, never used with the full set of spare tubes, brand new test cards and according to handwritten date (’84) polish former Zarat’s company’s internal library users manual with schematics.
After so many years in storage without any use I needed to format the HV capacitors anew before switching it on. After formatting procedure 2-week burning procedure was applied (the one described on jacmusic website). Only after that it was the right time to calibrate the meter and test the benchmark tube. Test results of brand new ‘benchmark’ EL84 (which tests 58mA on my other meter) shows one picture. To interpret the result of 119mA on the scale you have to divide it by 2 meaning the actual emission of this tube measured is 59,5mA , tested with with 6p14p test card taken out from a pile of brand new never used test cards tied together with military green string- see the edges of brand new cards yourself on the close-ups which also show never used before - without a single scratch - sockets of the tube tester.
Now..you have a chance to buy this great impossible to get full set of Kalibr L3-3 tube tester with complete accessories described above ( including anode cap with 3 different sizes, full set of brand new never used millitary grade tubes, power cable) and prepared for secure use. I am also providing a cable (blue one) with a crocodile connector to ground the unit for secure use as it should be.
