Beschreibung
The EMT TSD15 vdH is a legendary professional Moving Coil (MC) broadcast phono cartridge (historically called a "Tondose") that features a highly regarded van den Hul diamond stylus. Manufactured by the Swiss audio engineering firm EMT Tontechnik, this specific high-resolution variant of the classic TSD15 platform was officially discontinued between 2015 and 2018 and has since been succeeded by modern models like the TSD MRB.

Stylus Profile: Van den Hul (vdH) diamond tip, designed to trace the groove walls with incredible accuracy, extracting intricate high-frequency detail compared to standard spherical variations.
Output Voltage: 1.05 mV (at 5 cm/s), which is exceptionally high for a moving coil cartridge, allowing it to easily drive various phono preamps.
Tracking Force: Recommended 2.5 grams (per official specifications for the broadcast TSD series).
Impedance: 24 ohms.
Housing: Robust, form-stable light-metal die-cast integrated headshell casing, traditionally built with a magnifying glass lens and a white marker to help studio engineers visually align the needle on a record.
