For sale: Jeff Rowland Synergy preamplifier with its original separate power supply.
A legendary preamplifier from Jeff Rowland Design Group, as rare on the second-hand market as it is musically rewarding. The Synergy remains one of the finest examples of Jeff Rowland's early work, combining exceptional transparency, tonal richness, fluidity and a remarkably natural presentation.
This unit is fully functional and operates perfectly.
Features:
* European 230V version
* Original separate power supply and cardas cordon cf pictures
* Original remote control (new condition)
* HiFi-Tuning Supreme³ Copper fuse installed
* XLR inputs and outputs
* Adjustable input gain for each source, allowing precise level matching between different components
* Excellent sonic performance
One particularly useful feature of the Synergy is its adjustable input gain for each source. This allows perfect level matching between different source components and provides greater flexibility when integrating both high and low output sources into a reference system.
Cosmetic condition:
Very good overall condition with only a few minor signs of use consistent with age. The front panel is unmarked and in very good condition. There is only a slight discoloration on the right side (see pictures).
The Synergy is renowned for its silent background, refined textures, organic timbre reproduction and effortless musical flow. A wonderful match with high-end tube or solid-state power amplifiers.
I had two remotes because the batteries in one of them died in a week. So I bought a brand new one from Jeff Rowland for €200.
It came with XLR/RCA adapters.
