I'm parting with my Leedh E2 glass version and Leedh 20.1 subwoofer.
I bought them directly from the manufacturer last year, who overhauled the E2 glass (replacement of the ferrofluid and the transducer connecting braids).
The E2 Glass are unique with a design based on speakers without conventional suspension but ensured by a ferrofluid seal held by the powerful neodymium magnets of each transducer. The membranes are made of glass, an amorphous material without characteristic sound. Each transducer is complemented by its opposite counterpart in a position to cancel the rear waves in a small load, and the non-directive frequencies are emitted laterally so as not to disturb the quality of the sound image by the waves returned by the ground. The same goes for the subwoofer equipped with two 38 cm and two 21 cm specific loads with two integrated 500 watt amps. The result is listening without any box sound, a total disappearance of the speakers, a total absence of projection, low efficiency but great speed . I would say of them that they offer a French neutrality in the global audiophile landscape, little coloring, a listening combining a contemplative, stripped down and inhabited aspect, to be associated with electronics giving good density and richness.
They can be sold with or without the subwoofer ( without a subwoofer it is essential to play with the proximity of the side and rear walls in an average-sized room to have a correct bass level. In the majority of cases, including in a small room, I recommend combining them with the 20.1 subwoofer designed to accompany them. The price will be 7500€ for the e2glass alone and 2500€ for the subwoofer (last prices).
I have the original boxes and don't plan to ship them. You can pick them up in the Loiret region of France, or I can come and share the journey for a fee.
I am open to a possible exchange or partial exchange, if you have a proposal that interests me. Please feel free to make an offer, hi-fi or other, based on terms as good as those I am offering here, of course.
