Beschreibung
These are vintage mono Ortofon C-type pickups from the NRK,(Norwegian Radio State broadcasting) used as a backup.The mount is for EMT players , but can also be used for SME (std) turntables with a modified Ortofon APJ-1 adaptor. I have 1 modified adaptor for sale also. The pickups has been service by Lars Vidlund at Vintage Sound in Sweden. The pickups are a bit heavy so you might want to add a little more counterweight. These carts were made for commercial use and sound great on older mono recordings. I have 2 C-type pickups for 33,3 speed records and 1 A-type that is for 78 speed shellack. Price is for 1 C-type pickup. weight of head: 30gr. , impedance: 2 ohm ,output : 0.3mV needle pressure LP/33.3 3gr. for 78speed: 3-10gr. Needles:Sapphire on C-type and Diamond on 78speed.
