An absolutely first-class private sale from start to finish. The seller was open and straightforward from the very first email – including on points that were not to his own advantage, such as the background of the dealer offer I was comparing his headphones against. Before any money changed hands, he summarised every single point of our agreement in writing without me having to ask: price, insured shipping, carrier, packaging, and the fact that the original invoice would be included.
