Beschreibung
MISFITS - Bullet 7" EP Original 1978 Pressing RARE!
A very well cared for example of one of the most sought after KBD punk records. I am the original owner of this record that I purchased in 1980 at a record store in California.
Label: Plan 9 ?– PL1001
Released June 1978
A1 Bullet
A2 We Are 138
B1 Attitude
B2 Hollywood Babylon
These were hand screened by Glenn Danzig and the blood spatter pattern is one of the sure ways to tell an original from the many very close bootlegs of this record. Only 1000 were pressed. There are four intro grooves before the music begins and you can see the bleed-through of the red on the inside of gatefold sleeve.
Vocals – Glenn Danzig
Bass – Jerry Only
Guitar – Franché Coma
Drums – Mr. Jim
Engineer – Dave Achelis
Mastered By [Vinyl Cut] – Rich Flores
First pressing of 1000 copies with a folded silk-screened sleeve and lyric insert sheet.
Band logo is printed black on the insert.
Lyric insert:
©+p static age/the misfits
Barcode and Other Identifiers:
Matrix / Runout (A-side etchings): SP-1001-A MISFITS RICH FLORES
Matrix / Runout (B-side etchings): SP-1001-B MISFITS R.F.
Condition of Record is EXCELLENT, no scratches, label clean, small scuff in 'We Are 138' that does no affect play.
Condition of SLEEVE is VERY GOOD+ with minor aging but no scratches to silkscreen images. Back lower left corner has minor crease that does not show through to inside. Slight 2" ring wear from record 3/4" above Kennedy's head.
Lyric insert is EXCELLENT with no tears.
Please see all pictures.
