The Qvattvor Pacto features a fully balanced internal circuit and is designed to work with standard unbalanced systems.
Inside, four coupled step-up transformers are mounted in a classic, fully shielded, and compact metal enclosure.
By connecting your MC cartridge to the Qvattvor Pacto with standard RCA phono cables, you'll allow the signal to operate in a balanced waveform. The Qvattvor Pacto step-up transformer is built using a fully balanced circuit, with all its advantages. At the output, you'll receive an amplified, unbalanced signal, ideal for use in standard unbalanced systems.
Tamura transformers, with their ultra-wide bandwidth and ultra-low distortion, allow you to connect cartridges with impedances of 0-3 and 40 ohms, allowing you to enjoy the original sound in a modern presentation.
All this, combined with a short signal path and simple and convenient integration into the audio system, makes the Qvattor Pacto a SUT with an exceptional Q/P ratio. List price: €3,280, I'm offering it at €1,650, as good as new because my preamp has too much gain and is incompatible.
