Description
Up for sale is an AfterDark Reference IX2000 SFP+ Direct Attach Copper (DAC) Cable in a 1.5-meter length.
The cable is in pristine, like-new condition (please refer to the photos). The 1.5 m length was deliberately chosen as the sweet spot for mechanical strain relief and optimal audio performance in high-end streaming setups.
In my setup, this passive copper DAC cable delivered a noticeably warmer, more organic, and weightier presentation compared to standard optical fiber links. It is widely regarded on forums like What’s Best Forum as a top-tier alternative to optical SFP connections, competing directly with alternatives like the Melco C1 at roughly half the cost.
