For sale: **APL DSD-SR Mk2 Digital Converter** — a true high-end reference DAC, hand-built by APL and known for its exceptional musicality, clarity, and precision.
This unit delivers outstanding natural sound, a spacious holographic soundstage, and an engaging, analog-like presentation. It has been part of a meticulously assembled high-end audio system and is in excellent condition, showing very light signs of use. The original remote control and original packaging are included, ensuring safe and worry-free transportation within continental Europe.
The DAC has been factory-upgraded to the **Second Edition** version personally by Alex Peychev, the owner and chief engineer of APL, ensuring top-level performance and authenticity.
In combination with my Wolf von Langa Chicago speakers and a high-end tube amplifier, the sound is absolutely reference-level, comparable only to a true reference-grade turntable setup. I am purchasing a higher-class APL DAC and hope to take one more step toward perfection.
The only reason for selling is the upgrade.
