Im selling this pair of the Ayon Cranes. I have been a highender for 35 years but this is the best speakers I have ever heard. According to Ayon this is a strictly limitted edition and only very few speakers were made - especially in the Tineo finish which was more expensive.
I bought them because of their amazing sound qualties - it doesnt get any better and everthing is this speaker can be serviced today according to Ayon. The use of the topshelf units from Accuton is still available.
But here is the part you need to read closely. I bought the speakers second hand and wanted to give them a shine up on the finish - I was so amazed by the sound and thought 150.000 euros would not buy you better and I still think so. First owner kept these beauties in the sun and therefor one speaker is bleached and the other also a little bit. To be like new you have to take out the units, sand it down and let the venneer shine again with a laquer. Furthermore the speaker bleached the most has two dents on top in one side of the black high gloss. Truly its almost not visible when they just stand there. But I have tried to photograph it so closeup that it seems like a carcrash - so you are sure what you see can only get a lot better almost not visible in real life. But see pictures.
I never got it done since you dont see it in daily use and I was just carried away in its beautiful sound.
The price is set low so future owner can live with it or get it fixed. But at this price it is a true bargain for a very rare speaker and amazing sounding speaker. Its not just a speaker but a collectors item.
I would suggest pickup here with an inspection so you can see for yourself. BUT shipping is possible in the well kept wooden boxes and I have original reciept from 2010, manual and everything else..BEWARE if you want shipping this is expensive and on buyers cost and risk. I imagine 2000 euros shipping inside Europe and further 50% in the rest of the world. If buyer has other opportunities of shipping its ok with me.
