Angeboten wird ein Neugerät vom deutschen Vertrieb Aqipa in ungeöffnetem Originalkarton
in silber oder in schwarz auf Vorbestellung zum Einführungspreis. Die voraussichtliche Erstlieferung erfolgt Mitte März.
Neu entwickelt wurde der interne DAC, die neue Generation G2 DAC:
The Esoteric Master Sound Discrete DAC G2 is a fully in-house designed, FPGA-based, multi-level ΔΣ (delta-sigma) D/A converter built with meticulously selected discrete components. This unique architecture's ultimate goal is to effortlessly reproduce music's true dynamics and power, surpassing the limitations of conventional DAC IC chips. Its large-scale circuit design comprises 16 elements per channel, with all key components configured in complete independence.
In the XE model, the new G2 DAC features a completely redesigned resistor network—the first stage of the analog domain, achieving even purer signal processing. This breathtakingly powerful, dynamic, and musical architecture delivers an uncompromised, pure listening experience.
Auch die Netzwerk-Streaming Unit entspricht der neuen Network Streaming Engine G4 mit einer zusätzlichen optischen Netzwerkverbindung mit einem zusätzlichen SFP Port:

The Esoteric Network Engine G4 is equipped with a built-in network switch function and has two network interfaces: an Ethernet RJ45 connector and an SFP port.
By connecting the N-05XE to an external network switch using an SFP module and fiber-optic cable, the signal can be isolated from network-borne noise, resulting in unparalleled playback purity. For maximum flexibility, both the RJ45 and SFP ports can be used simultaneously, tailoring the setup to your preferences and requirements.
