For sale is my Linn Sondek LP12 turntable, upgraded with the genuine Linn Karousel bearing and equipped with the highly regarded Linn Ittok LV II tonearm, external Linn Lingo 1 power supply, and DS Audio DS002 optical cartridge with its dedicated equalizer.

PROFESSIONAL KAROUSEL UPGRADE AND SERVICING

In September 2020, the turntable was entrusted to Harmonie Audio, a specialist hi-fi dealer in France, for professional servicing and upgrading.

The work included:

- Installation of the genuine Linn Karousel bearing.
- Replacement of the drive belt.
- Professional reassembly and adjustment of the turntable.

The Karousel upgrade and installation represented an investment of €1,000, supported by the original invoice dated September 11, 2020, which is available to the buyer.

CONDITION

The complete system is in perfect working order and good overall cosmetic condition.

The turntable's dust cover has lost some of its original transparency over time, a purely cosmetic issue. Both dust cover hinges have been replaced with new ones.

The DS Audio DS002 optical cartridge has seen only approximately 400 hours of use.

I am selling this system solely because I now prefer the convenience of digital playback, which allows me to enjoy long listening sessions without having to get up to change records.

In terms of musical enjoyment, I still consider the Linn LP12 superior to my current high-end digital system.
