The first LUMIN player model, launched in late 2012/early 2013, was simply named Lumin and later renamed the Lumin A1, known as the world's first DSD-capable network music streamer, built by Pixel Magic Systems and later becoming the foundation for the LUMIN Music brand's high-end digital audio players.
