The SAEC WE-4700 is a modern version of the handle based on the WE-407/23, which we developed with our inspiration, knowledge, and our 40 years of experience. We have used the technology we developed for the WE-407/23 Tonearm and worked on the development with improved performance for the WE-4700 Tonearm. The WE-407/23 was also created with the cutting-edge technology and craftsmanship of the time, but the WE-4700 was created from the ground up rather than imitated while maintaining the same manufacturing philosophy. That's how we produced the new SAEC Tonearm.
