Tobian Soundsystems 12 HC, Farbe wählbar

Tobian Spundsysteme ist zweifellos eine der Manufakturen im absoluten Highend! Der Lautsprecher 12HC bietet bereits sehr viel der teilweise bis 100.000 € kostenden anderen Modelle. Das hier ENTSCHEIDENDE ist die sensationell gute Tonalität verbunden mit einem sehr hohen Wirkungsgrad von 98dB. Damit kann der Lautsprecher ohne Einschränkungen mit den typischen Singleended-Röhren betrieben werden, optimal 300B. In üblichen Wohnräumen reicht auch die 2A3 oft schon aus. Und das OHNE die Nachteile, die Hornlautsprecher sonst häufig mitbringen. Auf der HighEnd 2025 in München habe ich es nochmal gezielt verglichen, die allermeisten Hornlaitsprecher sind tonal nicht ganz neutral, oder sie bilden zu gross ab. Bei der Tobian 12HC ist das nicht, nicht mal im Ansatz! Auch die Räumlichkeit und Abbildung sind hervorragend.
Das Holzfurnier ist wunderschön! - aber evt. nicht jedermanns Ding in einer modernen Wohneinrichtung. Da ich einen guten Lackierer an der Hand habe, kann ich den Lautsprecher umlackieren lassen, matt oder glanz in jeder Farbe. Oder Folieren, das ist noch einfacher, optisch einer Lackierung identisch und ggfs. später wieder reversibel.
ACHTUNG: die Vorgängermodelle hiessen 10 und 12, also ohne 'HC', das steht hinten genau drauf. Und die Vorgängermodelle hatten ein einfaches Bassreflex-System, man sieht auch hinten die zwei Ausgangsrohre gut, dies hier ist das neue Modell mit eingebautem Exponentialhorn im Gehäuse.
Probehören ist natürlich möglich. Ggfs. ist auch ein Probehören beim Interessenten zu Hause möglich.

Tobian Spundsysteme is undoubtedly one of the manufacturers at the absolute high end! The 12HC loudspeaker already offers much of what other models costing up to €100,000 have to offer. The DECISIVE factor here is the sensational tonality combined with a very high efficiency of 98dB. This allows the loudspeaker to be operated without restrictions with typical single-ended tubes, ideally 300B. In normal living rooms, the 2A3 is often sufficient. And that's WITHOUT the disadvantages that horn loudspeakers often have. At HighEnd 2025 in Munich, I compared it again specifically, and found that most horn speakers are not entirely neutral in tone, or they produce a too large image. This is not the case with the Tobian 12HC, not even remotely! The spatiality and imaging are also excellent.
The wood veneer is beautiful! - but perhaps not everyone's cup of tea in a modern interior. As I know a good painter, I can have the speaker repainted in any colour. Or I could apply a film/foil, which is even easier, looks identical to paint and can be removed again later if necessary.
ATTENTION: the previous models were called 10 and 12, without “HC”, which is clearly marked on the back. The previous models had a simple bass reflex system, and you can clearly see the two output tubes at the rear. This is the new model with a built-in exponential horn in the housing.
A test listen is of course possible. If necessary, a test listen at the customers home is also possible.
