Warning: I made a deposit to this seller, and they have made no effort to arrange a pickup date. For over two months, I have only received excuses, with no concrete progress or commitment. Communication has now completely stopped, and the seller is no longer responding at all. Even worse, they are refusing to return my deposit. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about trustworthiness. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this seller.

Warning!!! This is not a trustworthy dealer. I was sold a preamplifier as being in mint condition. Essential components of the original unit, such as the remote control and an acrylic cover, are missing. Upon delivery, they also promised to replace the rotten original packaging. Unfortunately, the dealer has disappeared and is not addressing these issues. Therefore, my advice is clear – STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSCENTABLE DEALER!!!!

Robert is a seller who offers not only very high end equipment at very competitive prices, but also extraordinary service. He brought the amplifiers to my home and helped me to install them, which took several hours. When there was a problem with an XLR input he put it a lot of effort to repair this promptly. My highest recommendation!

He is for sure someone with some decent experience on quiet expensive hifi/ultrafi gear and willing to share his experience with customers. So it will be for sure not my last purchase from him!
