Warning!!! This is not a trustworthy dealer. I was sold a preamplifier as being in mint condition. Essential components of the original unit, such as the remote control and an acrylic cover, are missing. Upon delivery, they also promised to replace the rotten original packaging. Unfortunately, the dealer has disappeared and is not addressing these issues. Therefore, my advice is clear – STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSCENTABLE DEALER!!!!

Robert is a seller who offers not only very high end equipment at very competitive prices, but also extraordinary service. He brought the amplifiers to my home and helped me to install them, which took several hours. When there was a problem with an XLR input he put it a lot of effort to repair this promptly. My highest recommendation!

He is for sure someone with some decent experience on quiet expensive hifi/ultrafi gear and willing to share his experience with customers. So it will be for sure not my last purchase from him!
