Robert shipped the product swiftly with insurance, and with a global parcel company. Unfortunately, the item was lost in transit. Robert has rigorously pursued the claim from the parcel company which I know took a lot of his time, and remained consistently responsive and transparent with me. The parcel company reimbursed in the end and I have received the amount. I believe it is more important to write a review when something goes wrong (in this case not due to any fault of the seller or the buyer) than when everything goes smoothly, because it shows how people react in unexpected situations. I would like to thank Robert for his effort along the way and for being the trustworthy counterpart he is.
