Description
Elbrus Point 3 PSU is a passive power supply with a balanced anti phase output especially for source components. It uses a dual transformer topology with a low voltage interstage which allows greater capacity shunt filtering. Input and output circuitry also benefits from the very high speed "Silver Java" filtering. Acoustic noise is significantly reduced throughout the circuit with the use of VertexAQ acoustic absorption modules.The acoustic performance of the transformers has also been carefully considered with a bespoke design for VertexAQ. The use of these transformers keeps the acoustic noise floor of the Elbrus low under load. The performance of Elbrus is stunning. Any source components powered by this PSU will deliver a musical performance way beyond your expectations.
