For sale: ZMF Caldera Open LTD – Red Mallee Burl (reactivated listing)
A truly top-of-the-line (TOTL) headphone from ZMF, regarded by many as the best in their lineup—and one of the most versatile high-end headphones on the market today. This is not a standard Caldera: it's a stunning LTD version crafted in Red Mallee Burl (a rare wood), paired with an upgraded magnesium chassis for reduced weight and added value. Purchased from ZMF in July 2023, I'm the second owner.
This type of wood is not "glossy" so it's hard to catch the beauty on my smartphone camera, but it's really stunning.
Tuning options included: 6x metal mantles (mesh filters) and three pad types.
Condition:
Technical and visual condition is great. Maybe you can find a few tiny paint scratches like on any ZMFs with painted magnesium metal parts.
All components (leather, wood, metal, cables, pads) are in perfect shape
