AudioHaven is offering, on behalf of one of our clients, a stunning pair of Avantgarde Acoustic Duo Grosso G2 horn loudspeakers. This immaculate pair is in pristine, like-new condition.
The speakers can be auditioned with a 300B amplifier setup, but you are also welcome to bring your own amplifier for evaluation. The horns are finished in a beautiful cream white pearl lacquer, widely regarded as the most elegant and timeless finish. The original packaging is no longer available, but transportation at our risk can be discussed.
Please note that the Harmonix feet are not included.
The DUO Grosso G2 was manufactured between 2009 and 2015. This version still features the original Class A/B bass amplification, which many enthusiasts appreciate for its musical character. The Grosso is the largest model in the DUO G2 range.
Thanks to its active bass system, the speakers can be driven by amplifiers delivering as little as 2 watts. They also perform exceptionally well with high-power amplifiers. For tube amplifier enthusiasts, this system offers the best of both worlds: the midrange and treble are driven by your amplifier of choice, while the bass is powered by 500 watts per channel, controlling two 12-inch woofers per side with outstanding authority and precision.
The two original factory power cables are included with the sale.
A 3-month warranty is provided.
Auditions are available by appointment in Velp, Gelderland, The Netherlands.
