Use Devialet Expert 220 Pro with vinyl, CD player, tuner, computer, smartphone, tablet, NAS, online music services, TV, etc. With the online configurator, Devialet Expert 220 Pro is adapted to your exact needs.
The Devialet Expert 220 Pro is made from a single block of aluminum and chrome-plated. It weighs 6 kg and is just 4 cm thick, and can be placed horizontally or vertically on the wall, like a mirror. With the Devialet Expert 220 Pro, you can scale, with 2 units you can achieve 2 x 440 watts and with up to 12 units you can multi-amp using the advanced electronic crossover.
Unique technologies included in the Devialet Expert 220 Pro are ADHv2® (analog-digital hybrid), SAM® (Speaker Active Matching), AIR® (Asynchronous streaming), EVO® (free upgrades), DAC Magic Wire (the world's shortest signal path) and RAM® (the world's most advanced RIAA stage) and are handled by a total of six 16-64 MHz RISC processors and three 400 MHz DSPs.
Input is up to 24-bit / 192 kHz via WiFi 2.4 GHz, RJ45 Ethernet, UPnP, USB Audio 2.0 asynchronous, S/PDIF TosLink, S/PDIF 3.5mm mini jack (up to 96 kHz), S/PDIF Coax, AES/EBU as well as analog RCA Phono (MM/MC) and RCA Line. DSD64 is handled via USB or S/PDIF Coax.
Preamplified output allows for connection of subwoofer or headphones. The USB connection is bi-directional, so that vinyl records can be digitized up to 24-bit / 192 kHz.
The RIAA module handles MM/MC pickups. There are 13 equalizing curves and the possibility of dynamic adjustment of all parameters.
Speaker Active Matching (SAM®) is a unique technology that gives the Devialet Expert 220 Pro knowledge of the connected speakers (currently 800+ different speakers) and ensures that the speaker is fed with a signal adapted to the speaker's impedance characteristics from 200 Hz and below.
Volume control is in 0.5 dB steps via the radio-controlled remote control. Tone controls allow adjustment of bass and treble in +/- 18 dB.
