Gamut Reference speaker cable
GamuT's solution is "Smart Screen" which is roughly a screen-that-is-not-a-screen, which means that the insulation is selective. It is an extremely effective way to prevent high-frequency noise, and at the same time it does not create inductance, so the problem of dynamic compression does not exist in a Reference cable. The performance is top-notch, and can easily compete with much more expensive cables on the market at many times the price.
The cable is made of silver-plated OFC conductors, wrapped in a Teflon sleeve. GamuT's unique tightly woven fabric sleeve is made with nanowires, and is designed to eliminate static electricity effectively.
The connectors are high-quality Furutech with Rhodium-plated surfaces, and the cable is available in both XLR and RCA. The outer sleeve is flexible, and the cables are generally easy to work with.
The Gamut Reference speaker cable has been tested in several places against cables 2-3 times the price, and has been able to handle the distance. The approach to sound and reproduction is based on an understanding of why the elements behave the way they do, and is made with the same passion as the other Gamut products.
