Signal cable made of Silver and Gold. Siltech's G9 Silver/Gold alloy. Coaxial construction with twisted pairs. Teflon and PEEK insulation. The premier analog interconnect cable in the series features cores with 50% higher conductivity than those in the 680i, along with even better insulation and shielding.
Classic Legend
Is Siltech's newest cable series and the first to feature Generation nine of Siltech's Silver/Gold metallurgy - (G9). This blend of the most precious metals is taken from the development of Siltech's absolute top series Triple Crown and provides an incredibly resolved sound that is delivered in a silky smooth balanced way. Unlike Copper and many other conductor materials whose conductive properties deteriorate over time, these properties of Silver and Gold improve over time. The insulation is a military-grade triple shielding of DuPont, Teflon and PEEK that minimizes capacitance and gives the cable exceptionally low distortion with unlimited dynamics. There are three levels of Classic Legend - 380, 680 & 880. Between levels the conductor area increases by a factor of 1.5 to 2.
