Sugden Masterclass AA stereo Poweramp and Pre C41 Signature with remote

Delivery by myself is possible but no further then 50-80 km further then the border by Venlo.
At a price and compensation (paid in front) that is appropriate for me (the fuel prices at the moment) I understand that not everyone has a car.

Rarely offered a Sugden Masterclass AA power amp, first generation according to 1st owner I bought it from him in 2023, 2 x 50 watt class A, now complete with a Pre (R)C41 Signature I could by this week.

Poweramp just returned from repair and maintenance, the amplifier had failed while playing and would not turn on again. The repairman had a lot of work on it, it was a mega job and necessary for him to get to various parts. The power supply did not give enough voltage to start up, various connections were not in order, various capacitors and resistors renewed where necessary, replaced an opamp, note that are 2 pieces, it is a stereo amplifier so with most parts to be replaced double ;-), and various other things adjusted and checked, it was a whole list, See photo 7.

Conclusion of the repairman, it has broken down due to overdue off maintenance, because of the heat from the Class A technology, several parts are sensitive to age. So it is in tip-top shape again.
This is why the invoice that comes with it, has a 90-day warranty from the repair service from July 31 till October 31.

I should have found a repairman sooner now I had switched to an Audio Note OTO in the meantime, also Class A but less power, I hear that but the small tube amplifier is a bit more musical, The Sugden is a beast, with a tube-like sound, but now I prefer the small amplifier. If I hadn't bought the OTO because the Sugden didn't play, it wouldn't have had to go now. but the OTO is more convenient to place, connect and I like it now with less devices.

For the enthusiast who can appreciate class A amplifierS, it is a great opportunity. Just had maintenance and so ready for many years of enjoyment. It is a class A power amplifier due to the weight, collection is a must, shipping excluded no packaging or manual.

Repair costs were € 800, see photo 8/9, so not bad, but complex device and large and heavy, sonically very special. Have written as good as new because of repair and major maintenance.

Note that the XLR connections do not work because the seller did not want to use them because that connection went via circuit board via an "opamp" (or chip) so not "real" balanced amplifier but trick to connect XLR. Sound-wise really less, his judgment was therefore immediately dropped. He has dropped the connection of switch on the back for XLR or RCA, the output of the amplifier only goes through the RCA connection. So switch does nothing, can be repaired if you really want it, but you have to arrange that yourself.

Sold as set only price € 2450 no selling separate, it Poweramp has been really very neat and completely underworked, therefore "like new" also optically like new, the same is the C41 as new. No packaging or manual.

Questions about lowest price are not answered, it is not a supermarket product, bidding is allowed from € 2350 appropriate bid is highly appreciated.
