The Audiophile 300B WE (often known as the "300B Legend") is an iconic French single-ended (SE) tube amplifier design, popularized in the 1980s and 1990s by the legendary Parisian showroom and magazine *La Maison de l'Audiophile*, led by Jean Hiraga and William Walther. Based on the legendary Western Electric 300B triode (hence the "WE" designation), the design became a milestone in the European tube revival and the return to high-efficiency speaker systems.
