Due to an upgrade to Gryphon Essence Mono power amplifiers and Essence Preamplifier, I am selling my black PS Audio BHK Pre stereo high-end preamplifier, which is no longer in use, along with the matching high-performance PS Audio BHK S250 power amplifier, including remote control.
The PS Audio BHK Pre is a hybrid preamplifier with a tube input stage.
It features both XLR and RCA inputs and outputs.
The matching BHK S250 power amplifier reveals its full potential especially when paired with this preamplifier. Previously, I also used it with LINN and PS Audio DirectStream DAC, but the best sonic performance was achieved with the BHK duo.
The PS Audio BHK Signature S250 is a hybrid amplifier that combines a tube input stage with a MOSFET-based output stage, ensuring outstanding sound quality.

500 watts per channel into 4 ohms
1000 watts into 2 ohms
The hybrid design blends the warm sonic character of vacuum tubes with the precision and control of MOSFETs, delivering a detailed, powerful, yet highly musical presentation.
